James J. Ryan
Jim Ryan has handled claims involving medical negligence arising out of medical care received at United States government hospitals and clinics worldwide for almost thirty years. He received training in both medical and legal areas at the U.S. Army Claims Service from 1971 through 1975 as an officer in the United States Army, Judge Advocate General's Corps. Since that time he has focused his practice on helping individuals around the world who have suffered significant loss at military or government medical facilities. Clients include spouses and children of active duty men and women, as well as retired military persons. In many instances, due to change of duty station or retirement, these individuals have had difficulty finding competent legal representation in their current place of residence.
Throughout the years, Mr. Ryan has successfully resolved claims and lawsuits against the United States involving a wide variety of medical problems, including obstetrical care, birth injuries, pediatric complications, surgical errors and failure to diagnose and treat cancer. He is committed to helping people resolve significant medical, legal and financial issues in a fair and timely manner.
